A big thank you to David and Natasha for letting Sound of Soul be part of their wedding day – it was a really beautiful church, a relaxed and family friendly service and we were all really loving the bride’s dress (well maybe not Matt but the rest of us) – hopefully we played our part in the making of a special day to remember 🙂

The sun is shining and Sound of Soul choir members are “Happy” to be singing today 🙂

We had a great day singing for one of our own (well her daughter anyway) in Christchurch on Saturday – the sun shone and our warm-up provided entertainment for the folk out enjoying a drink by the river 🙂

Sound of Soul are beginning to work towards a fresh song catalog for 2015 with 4 new songs added recently – Yours and Burn are performance ready and Sweet Dreams and This Old Heart of Mine are coming together nicely – by the time our first public concert comes around we shall have a really new, exciting and mixed program for fans old and new to enjoy 🙂

It was a long day with loads of singing, but also good fun!  We have a couple of bookings from the day, several very interested people and a few who are interested in coming along to audition. Great result all round 🙂

Sunday 22nd March at The Cottonwood Boutique Hotel, East Cliff, Bournemouth, Dorset.
There is plenty of parking at the Hotel and everyone is welcome so why not invite family and friends to come along to hear Sound of Soul sing and even enjoy some lunch while they watch?

Another great song started last night – Yours – such a contrast to the one we started last week – Burn – we also had two new people start choir so a warm welcome to them both – we can tell already that 2015 is going to be a great year for Sound of Soul – it is still not too late to come and be a part of it 🙂

What a great start to our 2015 season! A new warm-up song – The Rhythm of Life from Sweet Charity – and a really exciting arrangement of Burn to learn – can’t wait to see what Kim has planned for next week 🙂

Hope everyone had a great holiday season and now Sound of Soul Choir are rested and ready to return to Practice tonight – we have two new songs to learn to kick off the New Year 🙂
